DELIVERY

• Free Click and Collect from our shop, we will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.

• Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £25.

• Standard Royal Mail 3-5 Working Day Delivery £2.95.

• Large item up to 5kg - Parcel Force 48hour Delivery £10.

Other shipping options are available upon request.

RETURNS 

Refunds:     

• If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery*. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and a receipt must be provided.

• To return your product, please send it to: Merry Go Round Community Ventures, 6 Market Street, North Tawton, Devon EX20 2ET, or contact us direct if you would like to return your product to the store.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.​

• If you are returning any item, you should obtain proof of postage, or if over £20 consider using a trackable or insured service in case we do not receive your return.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing mgrcvcic@gmail.com.

• (*) The day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
